I created this web site as a product to my research project on the stray dogs in Puerto Rico. Humans have no right to throw out there pets. Peolpe need to do something for it to stop. I mean it isn't fair that 97% of the dogs in Puerto Rican shelters die every day. If you agree with me please subscribe.
